At TXNM Energy, our vision, purpose and strategy are built upon a commitment to sustainability. Our investment plans are focused on transitioning our generation portfolio at PNM to fully eliminate carbon emissions and investing in the critical transmission and distribution infrastructure needed to support reliable growth and deliver a clean and bright energy future.

We serve electricity to over 850,000 homes and businesses in Texas and New Mexico through our regulated utilities, TNMP and PNM. TNMP does not provide generation services. PNM has a generation portfolio producing 4,773 gigawatts as of December 31, 2025. TXNM Energy has a goal for carbon-free generation by 2040 – aligning to surpass the goals of the Paris Climate Agreement. Achieving our goal of carbon-free generation is dependent on balancing reliability, cost considerations, and maturity of emerging technologies.

PNM continues the significant transition in resources necessary to achieve 100% carbon-free generation.
