Don Tarry is President and Chief Operating Officer for TXNM Energy, the parent company of PNM and TNMP. Lisa Eden is Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for TXNM Energy, the parent company of PNM and TNMP. With over 20 years of experience in the utility industry, Lisa oversees the Treasury, Investor Relations, Corporate Financial Planning, Controller, Budgeting, Tax and Corporate Auditing functions. 

Lisa joined PNM in 2001 and has previously served as the Vice President and Treasurer role twice, along with Vice President and Chief Information Officer and Vice President, Human Resources. She began her career in finance with Hanseatic Group, Inc. after completing her Master of Business Administration degree from the University of New Mexico in 1992.
