Henry E. Monroy is Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer for TXNM Energy, the parent company of PNM and TNMP. With more than 20 years of experience in the utility industry, Henry oversees the Regulatory, Treasury, Corporate Financial Planning, Controller, Budgeting and Tax functions.

Henry joined the company in 2003 and has previously served as the Vice President of PNM Regulatory, Vice President and Corporate Controller, and various roles in the accounting, revenue and budget functions. Monique oversees the Customer Experience team, Human Resources and Chief Information Officer functions. Monique has 25 years of experience spanning the public and private sectors. Before joining TXNM Energy in 2025, Monique owned and operated two consulting companies.  She has served as Cabinet Secretary for the New Mexico Tourism Department and the Children, Youth and Families Department.  Prior to being appointed Cabinet Secretary Monique was an executive at PepsiCo for 10 years where she ran the Quaker Breakfast portfolio and led innovation for Gatorade.
