Henry E. Monroy is Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer for TXNM Energy, the parent company of PNM and TNMP. With more than 20 years of experience in the utility industry, Henry oversees the Regulatory, Treasury, Corporate Financial Planning, Controller, Budgeting and Tax functions.
Henry joined the company in 2003 and has previously served as the Vice President of PNM Regulatory, Vice President and Corporate Controller, and various roles in the accounting, revenue and budget functions. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of New Mexico and graduated with his Bachelor of Accountancy from New Mexico State University.
